Not at all. The Foundation programme is specifically designed for people who are new to training or returning after a long break. You will be shown exactly what to do, how to do it, and the intensity will be matched to where you are starting from.
Yes. Programmes can be designed around a home setup, a commercial gym, or a combination of both. During the initial assessment you will discuss what equipment you have access to and the plan will be built accordingly.
Not in the form of rigid daily meal plans. Instead you receive practical nutrition targets, food quantity guidance, and simple flexible frameworks. This approach produces far better long-term results than a fixed plan.
Plans are reviewed and adjusted based on your weekly check-in. Minor adjustments can happen every week. Larger structural changes typically happen every four to six weeks, depending on your progress and how the current programme is feeling.
Both, and neither exclusively. Most clients are working on body recomposition, building strength while losing fat. The programme is designed around your specific goal, whether that is fat loss, muscle building, strength performance, or a combination.
